Our major specialty at Payne Financial Group, Inc. is to be "generalists". This niche requires a broad range of knowledge in risk management for firms in a large number of industries. While we have formed ourselves around these types of clients, we also recognize the need for understanding and becoming experts in specific areas of business to better serve our clients. This concept also requires that we use our firm's resources to coordinate our approach to these industry areas.
Payne Financial Group has formed several specialty practices and we plan to expand this concept. Any of our Sales Executives will have the specialty practice teams available to them as they approach and begin to serve clients. Our Specialty Practices teams will include experts in Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, Surety, Life Insurance and Employee Benefits Consulting.
Our Hospitality Services Division is committed to providing insurance solutions for the specialized needs of limited service hotels and motels throughout the country.
Other specialty practices include Agriculture and Large Accounts. We will have Specialties in Financial Institutions and Construction soon as we currently serve many clients in those areas. We will add three or four new Specialty Practices each year. The responsibility in forming these Specialties is to understand the needs of the clients in the specific industry and create a valuable service and product that meets those needs and gives clients an affordable and responsible risk management program.
